Formed in '03 by Nalle and Tero in Kokemäki. The Deep Sleep is heavy riffs and cold beer fueled eight-legged boogie machine. Taking influences from such bands as Black Sabbath, Entombed, Motorhead, Monster Magnet etc. Our goal is to write kick ass songs and play killer shows.

Hailing from the small town of Kokemäki (population 8000) there are not much to do around here. You either go fishing, chop firewood, get drunk or play in a band. So we chose the latter and so for we truly are small town maniacs. And we occasionally get drunk too.
